I couldn’t tell you the moment I fell in love with performance. I grew up in a musically-inclined family, and my earliest memories are me and my sisters hosting talent shows, singing with my mom around a camp fire, and writing our long-running show “Captain Undies” (not to be confused with Captain Underpants). Performing has always been a part of my story, so when it came to deciding what to do with my life, there was no question.

 

I went on to receive my Bachelors in Dramatic Arts and Vocal Performance at Trevecca Nazarene University. I found such joy in studying all the different aspects of theatre, but would foremost characterize myself as a performer. I love getting to tell stories of all kinds- that challenge the mind and move peoples hearts: make people laugh when they need an escape, and make people feel seen and understood in their own stories. 

 

Through my efforts of artistic collaboration, character building and telling stories, I hope to always bring about a space of love and empathy that anyone can feel safe and welcomed in. 

 

Outside of theatre, I love to read, try new recipes in the kitchen, spend time outdoors, whether it be hiking or camping or just sitting under a tree with a good book, and spend as much quality time with my friends and family as possible.
